At Cadaci Realty, we take a different approach to Real Estate, one that is built on personal relationships, win-win deals and positive results. We are here to help. Our goal is to nurture our existing relationships, build new ones as they come along, and provide excellent service with integrity.
We have been in the Real Estate business since 2004 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Cindy Dallas, a native of Arizona, has been involved with Real Estate since 2000. She began buying investment properties and soon became a licensed Realtor. Cindy loved Real Estate so much that in 2008, she made it her full time career. While many Realtors failed during this time, Cindy began working with people doing short sales and investors buying discounted properties. After many investor clients became disappointed with the level of care they received from property management companies, Cindy decided to learn everything she could about property management to offer this service to her existing clients. In 2017 Cindy and her husband Ken established and opened their own brokerage, Cadaci Realty!

Ken is also an Arizona native with a background as a General Contractor and puts those skills to work coordinating property maintenance requests and services. Ken started working with Cindy rehabbing properties in 2008 and they have been working together ever since. Ken works with tenants and owners to troubleshoot issues and find the best possible solutions. Ken also works with outside vendors negotiating the best prices for our clients.
Erin is an Arizona native, and second generation Realtor who knows his way around town. He brings his years of sales experience and outstanding customer service to each and every transaction. Erin is the most honest down to earth person you will meet. He will work super hard to take excellent care of everyone who works with him.
Erin is experienced in Traditional Property Management as well as Vacation Rental property Management (Airbnb, VRBO)
